Issues with your car battery generally happen without much notice, but can leave you with a vehicle that is simply going nowhere.

Whether your battery is being drained, not being charged or is simply faulty, without it your car will not be operable.

Often changes in the weather can bring this issue to the forefront, with you finding that your car battery doesn’t have the power to start your engine. Modern cars also place much more demands on the car battery, with air-conditioning, electrical elements within the car (heated seats, music/sat navs etc) and the whole computer based motoring in a modern car. If your battery is not of high enough quality and power, it can fail you at any time.

We will check your battery to see if it charges correctly and can hold the charge (and we can then investigate why not if this is the case), we will also review the cranking capability, to ensure there is enough power / correct CCA (cold cranking amp) to perform for your car.

We can then advise you on the next steps or whether you need to get your battery replaced, and we will advise you of the best battery to then go for.
